Welding and Fabrication

Evenbridge offer both MIG and TIG welding and the expertise to advise on which technique best meets your needs, in conjunction with fabrication services. As well as precision welding in steel, stainless steel and aluminium, we can take care of various pre and post machining processes making Evenbridge your ideal precision engineering fabrication partner.

MIG welding and TIG welding

Metal inert gas (MIG) welding Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), and tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) are two unique welding processes with different techniques which yield different results. MIG welding involves feeding a metal wire connected to an electrode that melds your project together. TIG welding involves a tungsten electrode that runs a current through the metals you want to join.

Which is right for your Job - MIG or TIG welding?

The expert precision engineers at Evenbridge have the experience to determine whether the needs of your engineering project would be better met by MIG or TIG welding. They will assess a number of factors including product thickness, level of complexity and finish required as well as your budget and deadline, in order to ensure the right end result.
